Traking of performance levers


  • Collect data to assess results (shipping information, performance indicators…)
  • Quantify results monthly for each deployed lever
  • Identify, analyse and interpret potential discrepancies between objectives and real results
  • Give monthly feedback to client
  • Adjust lever in the event of discrepancies


  • Ensure the performance improvements (quality, cost, CSR) match the objectives defined during the project’s transformation phase
